The carrier changed. The number didn't.

Between 2013 and 2018 the integration industry consolidated — platforms were acquired, products discontinued. TECHeGO clients were untouched, because their data lives in a lake they own.

Zero disruption when a vendor changed
The challenge

When you build your operation on software you do not control, every vendor acquisition, price hike, or discontinued feature becomes your problem. Most consulting firms recommend software they cannot fix — so when the vendor changes the rules, you start over.

How we approached it

TECHeGO does not recommend third-party software it cannot control. It installs the platform it built. Client data is mirrored into a permanent lake independent of any single vendor, so the organization's intelligence survives changes underneath it.

The outcome

Through a wave of industry consolidation, affected clients kept running with zero disruption. The platforms underneath changed; the organizational brain did not.
